LZBTH is a small, remote-first agency. We don't run ads or analytics scripts on this site, and we don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone. This page tells you plainly what we collect and why.

What we collect

This site has no forms, cookies, or tracking scripts. The only way to reach us through it is the [email protected] link, which opens your own email client. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, email address, and details about the work you need covered.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss whether we're a fit for your coverage gap.
• If you become a client, to deliver the agreed work — this may include account access details you provide directly, which are used only for that engagement and covered separately by the signed agreement (SOW/MSA) for that work.

We don't use anything you send us for marketing without asking first, and we don't add you to a mailing list just because you emailed us.

Who sees it

Client information is only seen by the LZBTH team members actually working on that account. We don't share it with third parties except where a tool we use to deliver the work requires it (for example, an ad platform your campaigns run on) — and only to the extent that engagement requires.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails that don't turn into a client relationship are kept only as long as useful for follow-up, then deleted. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period after for tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — email [email protected] and we'll handle it directly, no formal process required.

Changes to this policy

If this changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Given how simple our data handling is, we don't expect that to happen often.
